Located in South Central PA with approximately $70M in assets, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer who is capable of serving as an integral part of the Senior Management Team. This is a hands-on position that includes payroll and human resources as well as traditional finance/accounting duties. You will have responsibility to oversee and manage the organization’s financial plans and policies, accounting practices, and relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors. Ensure that reports, accounts, systems, policies, and practices adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and are in compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations. This position also presents monthly financial reports to our Board of Directors and prepares as well as monitors the annual budget. The incumbent reports directly to the President and has full freedom to act independently per the established policies, procedures and regulatory actions of the Board of Directors, President, NCUA and CUNA.

Naturally, we seek someone with the highest degree of confidentiality, who is accurate and pays close attention to detail, and demonstrates good time management.
