New lower room rates for Annual Convention attendees at Bally's in Atlantic City!
The Bally's Tower is the most convenient location for Convention attendees. Rooms are also available in the Dennis Tower and in the Claridge. The Claridge section is the farthest from our Convention meeting space and the guest rooms have not been renovated in quite some time. Guests staying the Dennis and taking the elevator to the Convention meeting space floor will need to navigate a short flight of stairs to reach the Convention area. ll rates are based on single or double occupancy, plus applicable Atlantic City room tax, a New Jersey State Tourism Promotional Fee of $5 and a $3 Assessment Fee per room, per night. Each additional person is $20.
Each individual must identify themselves with the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association in order to receive the discounted rate. Any reservations made after the cut-off date are on a space availability basis at the current room rates. Bally’s requires a one-night’s room deposit, per room, to guarantee individual accommodations. This deposit is completely refundable if individual accommodations are canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Bally’s accepts all major credit cards as a deposit. Requests for SUITES and HOSPITALITY ROOMS must be cleared through the Association before acceptance by the hotel. There are a limited number of such accommodations available, and this policy is to ensure that suites are assigned to credit unions and chapters (in order of receipt of request) that want them, rather than being booked by outside organizations.
