August 21, 2012 - Credit unions in Pennsylvania and across the country are increasingly concerned about supervisory examinations. Although most examinations are positive and productive experiences, there are reports of subjective, inconsistent policies and application of administrative actions. What are your options if your examination results in a DOR or other supervisory enforcement order? Credit union officials have the right to question and seek corrections to examiner findings, conclusions and directives, and find your examination rights and what to do when you don't agree with the results.
