Supervisory Committee Annual Review
A Supervisory Committee Review encompasses a detailed examination of a credit union’s financial operation. The contracted scope of our engagement will satisfy the requirements of a complete Supervisory Committee Annual Review as set forth in NCUA Rules and Regulations, Section 715.7(c).
Our services consist of technical assistance to the Supervisory Committee, including a review of accounting records and other procedures that we deemed necessary with the aim of conforming to the Supervisory Committee Guide for Credit Unions. The review is designed to provide reasonable assurance of detecting errors and irregularities that are material to the financial statements.
The review is designed to accommodate any level of participation by the credit union's Supervisory Committee. In addition, Cash Counts and Account Reconcilements are also available upon request.
A confidential report of conclusions and recommendations is prepared for the Supervisory Committee and/or credit union management.
Pricing for audit services are provided through a written proposal, based upon both the scope of the review and estimated number of hours. To discuss your needs or to receive a proposal, please contact your Association Representative.
