Compliance Q&A Q: I am so backed up on compliance issues! How can I get myself organized with all of the rules and regulations that are due to come in effect. A: The InfoSight Compliance Calendar is a great tool to help you create a checklist of rules and regulations that are due to come in to effect. Each event on the calendar includes links to important information needed for compliance. The compliance calendar also provides other important reminders, such as when the 5300 Call Report is due to NCUA or when the ACH Compliance Review deadline ends. Get in the habit to check the compliance calendar a few times a month. Not only will this help you get yourself organized, it will also help you to understand the regulations and how to correctly implement them into your credit union’s polices and procedures. Questions? Contact Colleen Mateer at 800.932.0661, extension 5234.
