Supervisory Committee Annual Review
A Supervisory Committee Review encompasses a detailed examination of a credit union’s financial operation. The contracted scope of our engagement will satisfy the requirements of a complete Supervisory Committee Annual Review as set forth in NCUA Rules and Regulations, Section 715.7(c).
Our services consist of technical assistance to the Supervisory Committee, including a review of accounting records and other procedures as outlined in the NCUA Supervisory Committee Guide for Credit Unions. The process can be customized to accommodate participation by the credit union's Supervisory Committee.
The review is designed to provide reasonable assurance of detecting errors and irregularities that are material to the financial statements. A confidential and comprehensive report of conclusions and recommendations is submitted at the conclusion of the audit process.
