EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
College Degree, additional education/certification a plus. Two – Three years similar/related experience, background in financial services/PMP certification preferred. Strong skills: analytics, critical thinking, oral/written communications, advanced pc.
Ideal candidate will provide organization project and process improvement management through in-depth review, planning, and facilitation of cross-departmental large or small and/or complex projects and process improvement initiatives by incorporating best practices methodology and implementing suggested improvements managing deadlines and goals. Provide communication throughout in order to deliver on desired outcomes. Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues, escalate to management where required. Manage project closure initiatives, document and archive project activities, deliverables, tools and findings for future projects. Assist in the areas of Human Resources, Payroll and Information Technology.
